Deine Aufgaben
- Assembly of components and groups to form tools and molds
- Documentation requirement in case of faulty design and work execution
- Manual changes to tools, molds, and devices
- Composition of the parts in accordance with the technical drawings
- Test of finished tools and molds
- Maintenance and repair of tools, molds and presses
- Inspection of tools or components for wear, replacement of defective and worn parts
- Test of repaired tools and molds
- Inspection of machines and systems according to maintenance plans, diagnosis of faults if necessary, replacement of wear parts and consumables
Deine Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
- Successfully completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (or comparable)
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts (early and late shift)
- Good MS Office skills
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- High quality awareness and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Class B driving license
